Witt/Kieffer Announces New Managing Director of Global Operations
Witt/Kieffer today announced the hire of C.J. Bolster as Managing Director of Global Operations. Bolster will be responsible for driving the firm’s growth and expansion in international markets.
Currently based in London, Bolster has over 30 years of experience as a highly regarded senior executive in management consulting and executive search, working with governing boards and leadership teams on performance and talent development, executive and board compensation, organizational design and succession planning.

Continuing Witt/Kieffer’s global momentum, Bolster joins the firm along with other significant hires, including Nathaniel Hook, Inga Walter and Jennifer Chase.
Prior to Witt/Kieffer, Bolster was Managing Director at Korn Ferry, overseeing operations of advisory services and the integration of Korn Ferry’s acquisition of Hay Group in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to his work in EMEA, he held progressive leadership roles in Hay Group as Head of the US, Head of Industries (Healthcare, Life Sciences and Retail), and Head of Healthcare. In his early career, Bolster was a senior manager with KPMG Peat Marwick and Consultant and Director of Business Development for Medicus Systems Inc. in Chicago.

Bolster is a nationally recognized leadership expert and has published articles in Hospitals & Health Networks, Bloomberg Businessweek, and Trustee Magazine, among others. In addition to having been an elected member of the Hay Group Board, he has served on several governing boards including Vice Chair of Theatrical Outfit, a leading regional theatre in Atlanta, and Chair of the Atlanta Hospital Hospitality House Board. Bolster is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He holds a B.S and a Masters of Engineering in Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
