Seth Peterson Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner in Hong Kong
Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) announced that Seth Peterson has joined Korn Ferry as a senior client partner in Hong Kong.
Peterson brings to the firm more than 25 years of corporate and consulting experience and was previously a partner in the Industrial practice at a global executive search firm. He served manufacturing and energy clients in the Asia region across the C-Suite and main functions and led the firm’s Electrical specialty practice in the region. In addition, he was a member of the firm’s Supply Chain and Transportation & Logistics practices working for both Private Equity portfolio businesses and Chinese enterprises as well as western multinationals.

Peterson is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and prior to entering the executive search field, he held senior roles in strategic planning, business development, and general management with multinational manufacturing businesses in the region. He began his career in Hong Kong and Shanghai in the early 1990s as a Management Consultant, where he was involved in the development of China market strategies for several leading manufacturers.
Peterson earned an MBA from Washington University’s Olin School of Business in St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Studies and International Relations from Grinnell College, Iowa. He chairs the board of AFS Intercultural Programs, Hong Kong, and serves on the board and Executive Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
