Marcia Turley Joins Transearch in Norway

Marcia Turley recently joined the TRANSEARCH office in Norway. She specialises in executive and business coaching services where she helps others get better and works with individuals and teams, from general managers to the C-Suite, to transform their approach to leadership and create impact in their organisation.

She provides executive onboarding coaching to newly promoted or recruited leaders during the first six months in their new positions.

With a career that began in 2003, Marcia leads workshops and coaches on the topics of leadership, performance and sales management. Focused on measurable goal attainment, she is dedicated to empowering individuals she works with to live in alignment with their core values and to gain personal and professional success.

She draws on her knowledge of diverse developmental methodologies to help individuals and teams achieve the highest level of success in a way that works for them.

Before joining TRANSEARCH, Marcia has been helping businesses capture opportunities utilising her experience and knowledge to international companies.

Originally from Victoria, British Columbia, Marcia grew up in Canada before resettling in Oslo, Norway. Marcia’s a lifelong learner and holds a B.Sc. International Business from Copenhagen Business School. In addition, she has formal sales and Master Coach training.
