Songül Sancaktar Joins TRANSEARCH in Istanbul

Songül Sancaktar recently joined the TRANSEARCH office in Istanbul. She is an experienced search professional with 13 years’ executive search experience. She has worked in the recruitment and executive search industry since 2005 where she successfully executed mid-senior level search assignments for various companies in diverse industries such as IT, Energy, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Automotive, Media. Songül’s areas of expertise are in Executive Search, Organisational Culture, Consulting, Coaching, Assessments, Job Evaluation and Salary Management System.

Prior to moving into executive search, Songül has a track record of success in the Business Development, Research Analyst, Finance roles. She also has broad experience in the coordination and implementation of assessments for multinational and reputable local companies for positions ranging from middle management to senior management.

She established the women Radio station ‘Radio FEMALE’ in Turkey.

She holds a BSc degree in Business Administration.
