Lyndon Taylor, AESC Award of Excellence Winner 2020
Lyndon Taylor is a partner who leads Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and its global Diversity and Inclusion practice, which combines both its executive search and leadership consulting services. He also is a member of the firm’s CEO & Board of Directors and Financial Services Practices. Taylor works with both publicly-traded and privately-held companies on executive, functional leadership and board of director engagements. He also advises organizations across multiple sectors on their diversity and inclusion strategies, including talent management and succession planning.
Peers share, "Even before Heidrick & Struggles established its D&I Practice, Lyndon was serving as a trusted advisor and educating clients on the benefits and importance of D&I.” He has advised top tier Fortune 100 companies and organizations across all sectors on Diversity & Inclusion, talent management and succession strategies. This includes spearheading projects for a top five global bank to advance Black leaders by building a pipeline of Black executives, as well as designing a year-long leadership development program for a top digital IT company to accelerate its high-potential female leaders. Lyndon currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and serves on the Forums Committee of the Economic Club of Chicago.
