WittKieffer’s Tjai Nielsen, Ph.D. Named a Top 25 Private Equity Consultant
WittKieffer Senior Partner Dr. Tjai Nielsen has been recognized by The Consulting Report as one of the Top 25 Private Equity Consultants and Leaders of 2024. The publication honors outstanding consultants annually based on their career achievements and industry impact. Nielsen joins accomplished consultants from McKinsey, Bain, Alvarez and Marsal, Deloitte, Accenture, EY, Kearney, and other leading firms.
As a Senior Partner in WittKieffer’s Leadership Advisory practice, Nielsen counsels private equity firms, venture capital investors, and Fortune 500 senior executives on leadership challenges such as CEO succession, M&A, talent assessment and development, and increasing the probability and magnitude of value creation. His extensive career includes advising and coaching Fortune 125 executives, and speaking at prestigious venues including MIT, HBS, and the United Nations. Nielsen also spent over 12 years as an academic, primarily at George Washington University’s School of Business, serving as Director of Executive Education, Dean’s Research Scholar, and Professor of Management.
