As business grows and clients seek additional services, WittKieffer has expanded its consulting team in Healthcare, hiring a range of extremely talented recruiting professionals. We are pleased to have welcomed the following new consultants in the past six months.
As leader of WittKieffer’s Commercial Healthcare Practice, Shelly Carolan has broad and deep expertise across the for-profit healthcare and life sciences industries. Prior to her career in executive recruitment, she held a number of C-suite positions at PE-backed and private healthcare service organizations. For WittKieffer, she conducts and oversees high-level searches and manages quality and consistency of the Commercial Healthcare team’s client work.
As a senior associate in WittKieffer’s Mid-Level Executive Search Practice, Toni Davis strengthens each search with her breadth of experience and commitment to matching talented leaders to organizations where they can contribute and thrive. Toni has worked for several respected recruiting firms, and has a decade of recruiting experience as an internal talent acquisition leader for various companies.
Associate Crystal Hendriks relishes the opportunity to work with diverse, dynamic industry leaders to help them find positions in which they can advance their careers and make a difference in their organizations. Crystal most recently held positions with Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in General Pediatrics, UCEDD (Community Mental Health Clinic).
Terri Houchen, senior associate, relies upon extensive experience in the executive search arena to deliver exceptional results for clients. Terri was a physician recruiter for the University of Kansas Health System, and prior to that was associate vice president and recruiter for a leading national executive search firm.
A senior associate, Lisa Lewis brings to her position a wealth of experience in executive recruiting in various settings. Her skills range from sourcing and presenting candidates to negotiating contracts. Prior to joining WittKieffer, Lisa was owner and president of her own recruiting firm, in which she was a contract consultant for roles in healthcare and information technology.
Katie Mazzuckelli, a senior associate in WittKieffer’s Information Technology Practice, has had a broad, extensive career in executive search and research that gives her a unique insight into the challenges that clients have in finding the right IT leaders for their priorities. She has a robust network of candidate contacts developed through many years in healthcare and information technology recruiting.
Based in Pennsylvania, senior associate Stephanie Odorisio Arriviello has more than 22 years within the healthcare sector, ranging from her initial education and development work at one of the nation’s leading children’s hospitals, to her success recruiting senior executive and physician leaders from across the healthcare continuum. Over the years she has developed an extensive network of leadership contacts across the healthcare industry.
Senior associate Angela Raphael has a rich and robust background in healthcare operations and administration which informs every facet of her work as an executive recruiter in the industry. Her areas of expertise include human resources, quality improvement, financial management, project management, workflow optimization, training & development, mentoring and coaching.
