WittKieffer Appoints Michelle Johnson Senior Partner in Firm’s Healthcare Practice
WittKieffer announced Michelle Johnson as a new senior partner in the Healthcare Practice. In this position, Johnson will continue to prioritize the placement of leaders who bring a growth mindset, enhance their organizational culture and empower their teams to succeed.
Based in the Minneapolis area, Johnson joined the firm in 2019 and benefits from nearly 20 years of experience as a strategic advisor to clients in the healthcare industry, conducting searches for community-based health systems, academic medical centers, specialty hospitals, physician group practices and other healthcare organizations. Beyond executive search, she provides expert counsel in performance management, retention strategies, succession planning, organizational design and governance best practices.
“It is an honor to work with my incredibly talented colleagues and to develop high-trust partnerships with clients.
