Witt/Kieffer Announces The Promotion of Two Senior Partners

Witt/Kieffer, a leading executive search firm, has announced the transition of Jena Abernathy to lead the firm’s Board Services practice as Managing Partner/Chair of Board Services. Jena also serves on the firm’s Board of Directors.

 

In addition to her new role, Abernathy will continue to serve as a Senior Partner in the firm’s Healthcare practice, specializing in coaching candidates and assisting clients in identifying board members, CEOs, Presidents and other C-Suite leaders for hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, and foundations, as well as manufacturing, distribution and healthcare corporations.

 

Witt/Kieffer also announced the promotion of Robin Mamlet to Senior Partner and Managing Director of the Education Practice.

 

With nearly 30 years of academic administration experience, Mamlet joined Witt/Kieffer in 2005 and has conducted leadership searches across the higher education landscape. In her new role, Mamlet will lead the strategic direction and operations of the Education Practice, ensuring that colleges and universities find the highest level of quality in their next generation of leadership while directing searches for presidents, provosts, deans, CFOs, chief advancement officers, chief public affairs officers and communications, diversity, student affairs and enrollment officers.
