TRANSEARCH Romania Acquired New Consultant, Roxana Popa
The Romanian office of TRANSEARCH recently acquired new consultant, Roxana Popa.
Roxana has more than 15 years’ experience in Human Resources, specifically recruitment and executive search projects. She has experience in many industries, such as constructions, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, banking and insurance, oil and gas, as well as healthcare, but she has specialised in the IT&C software development sector for more than 5 years.
Before joining TRANSEARCH, Roxana acted as a Human Resources Manager as well as Recruitment Group Head in entrepreneurial as well as corporate environments.
Roxana holds an Executive MBA Degree in Human Resources at the University of Sheffield International Faculty, as well as several certificates in evaluation and development.
