Teal & Co. Forms Strategic Partnership with Bedford Consulting Group
Val Cambre, President and CEO of Teal & Co., has formed a strategic partnership with The Bedford Consulting Group, significantly enhancing Bedford’s expanding Education practice, and advancing capabilities in Talent Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness.
In addition to bolstering Bedford’s executive search and talent development programs, Cambre and Teal will bring expertise in Leadership Development and Professional Coaching to Bedford’s clients.

A certified HR leader, Val brings over 25 years of progressive HR experience to Bedford. Val worked at Appleby College for 15 years, where she developed and led HR and Talent Strategy, and served as the school’s Chief Operations Officer. Cambre successfully developed programs and initiatives contributing to recognition as a Top 100 Employer in Canada in 2007 and 2008.

Val is certified in several psychometric assessments and employee engagement tools. She has shared her passion for HR management solutions in Education by teaching in the Human Resources Management Certificate program at Sheridan College and currently leads workshops with the Canadian Accredited Independent Schools (CAIS) in addition to developing and facilitating various workshops at Teal.
