Stanton Chase London Adds Three Consultants
In testimony to its ability to successfully navigate the pandemic crisis and come out of 2020 ahead, the London office of Stanton Chase has announced the addition of three expert consultants to its expanding team.
Gavin McCartney, Eleri Dodsworth, and Tony Bainbridge will be bringing a combined experience of over 25 years in executive search, assessment, and HR advisory. The London office has been essential in building the brand and global presence of Stanton Chase, which now has 72 offices in 45 countries.
“Our continued success is all thanks to the dedication of our specialist consultants,” said Nicholas Wylde, Managing Partner. “The addition of Gavin, Eleri, and Tony is great news for both our London team and for all the clients we work with. Their combined experience in executive search and board and leadership assessment will enable the London office of Stanton Chase to offer greater depths to our clients.”
“Being able to welcome the three new partners to the team shows how well the London office has banded together and navigated what’s been a difficult year for everybody,” said Managing Partner Cagri Alkaya.
Gavin McCartney has several decades of international client experience, and his expertise in multiple regions around the world – including Europe, Nordics, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Israel, South and North Africa, the Middle East, and Brazil – gives the London office an added edge in its shift from a UK focus to a true international practice. Gavin also brings specific knowledge to early-mid venture startups and SMEs while being accustomed to the characteristics of small, fast-growing, and investor/VC/PE backed dynamic workplaces.
Eleri Dodsworth has an extensive network and places C-suite leaders and divisional directors for FTSE-listed companies as well as family and privately owned businesses. She specializes within the industrial sector with a further functional focus on strategic HR leadership and diversity and inclusion appointments. She strongly believes in helping her clients build diverse leadership teams and that diversity and inclusion are ultimately about embracing an array of perspectives that drives business performance.
Tony Bainbridge heads the team’s board and leadership assessment services. After gaining classic ‘blue chip’ HR training at Mars and PepsiCo, he has held a variety of HR leadership positions at organizations including Novartis, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) plc, and most recently Wilmington plc. He also served as Managing Director for CIBAVison France, the French market leaders in optical and surgical products for three years.
