Signium Germany Continues to Expand
The WirtschaftsWoche award in the category "Best HR consultant in eight industries” and two new employees strengthen Signium for 2020.
The new decade raises the question: Which future challenges do companies have to face and how must their management be positioned in order to successfully master them? In the WirtschaftsWoche “HR Consultant Ranking” Signium was selected as one of the HR consultancies that German companies trust most when filling management positions. With this award and two new Partners, Signium continues to expand in 2020.
Awarded HR consultancy in eight industries

Two new Managing Partners in Germany
In 2020, Signium also expands its consulting team with Norbert Graschi and Umair Safdar as Managing Partners in Munich and Düsseldorf. In December 2019, Norbert Graschi joined Signium as a new Managing Partner. The experienced HR Manager (VP Executive Development at Siemens AG among others) strengthens the Munich team in the Manufacturing Industry, Electrical/Electronic Industry and Automotive fields. In February 2020, Umair Safdar, an experienced search consultant, joined the Düsseldorf branch as Managing Partner. He is specialized in the manufacturing industry and Consumer Industry. “We welcome Umair and Norbert as our new Partners. Their professional expertise and experience in the industry enriches our team and delivery capabilities,” emphasizes Aleksander Montalbetti.
