Signium Announces All Elected Board of Directors

Chicago headquartered Signium announced one of the biggest changes to its leadership in its near 70 year history.

After a thorough and wide-ranging review of leadership and governance conducted by a group of Partners and external experts from around the world, Signium has moved to an all-elected global Board, chosen for their ability to drive change in specific areas of strategic importance. The new Board starts work immediately and will accelerate geographical and services expansion while looking to better communicate Signium’s value proposition around the world.

Signium’s new leadership team comprises:

• Alastair Paton, Chairman of the Board, based in London, U.K.
• Angela Westdorf, Vice Chair and Vice President Business Development, based in Cologne, Germany
• Klas Mårtenson, Vice President Regions, based in Malmo, Sweden
• Marcelo Apovian, Vice President Brand and Marketing, based in São Paulo, Brazil
• Gerd DeBeer, Vice President Finance, IT and Operations, based in Toronto, Canada
