Sarah Jensen Clayton Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner
Korn Ferry announced Sarah Jensen Clayton has joined the firm as senior client partner. Jensen Clayton joins the firm’s Consulting business, focusing on culture, change management, and communications.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Jensen Clayton was executive vice president and regional lead at United Minds, Weber Shandwick’s transformation consultancy, where she oversaw teams in the Central and West United States and led many of the firm’s specialized engagements. Previously, Jensen Clayton was a human capital consultant at both boutique and large-scale consulting firms. Jensen Clayton began her career as a presidential management fellow with the federal government and later served as associate deputy director of policy & projects for the office of the First Lady.
Jensen Clayton’s range of expertise includes leadership alignment, change management, culture transformation, M&A and restructuring, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and executive communications.

Jensen Clayton holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University and a Master of Education in policy and management from Harvard University.
