Sarah Dayton-McGlinchey Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) announced Sarah Dayton-McGlinchey has joined the firm as a senior client partner. She specializes in life sciences, healthcare, and consumer products and is based in Korn Ferry’s Boston office.

Dayton-McGlinchey brings over 20 years of experience working with organizations globally to deliver business results through increased organizational and leadership capability. She joins Korn Ferry from Linkage, a management consulting firm, where she served as a director of client solutions. There, she worked with Fortune 100 organizations to accelerate leadership capability, develop top talent, and realize cultural transformation through inclusive leadership practices and focused executive action.

Dayton-McGlinchey has over 20 years of experience developing and managing major account relationships. She also served as a key innovator, contributor and strategist for Linkage’s global advancing women leaders’ practice. In this capacity, she helped architect and install contemporary practices around formalized sponsorship and develop organizational strategies to accelerate gender equity in the workplace.
