Global leadership advisory firm Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA) today announced that Alexander Hiller has rejoined the firm. Hiller will consult with clients on leadership, succession and transformation topics, supporting them in assessing and developing their leaders and teams to optimize individual, team and organizational performance in line with context and strategic needs.
Based in London, he rejoins Russell Reynolds Associates from Volkswagen Group where he was Head of Group Personnel Top Management for Europe’s largest industrial company. In this role he was responsible for recruiting, succession planning, development and engagement for the Top 400 leaders. This included Board and Management team composition for the Group's various brands and subsidiaries, as well as supporting new business initiatives.

He has also held a range of leadership, strategy, business and consulting roles at UBS, Deutsche Bank and McKinsey in London, New York, Munich, and Frankfurt.
“We are delighted to welcome Alex back to the firm,” said Laura Sanderson, Managing Director and UK Country Manager for Russell Reynolds Associates. “Alex is exceptionally well-placed to advise CEOs, Boards, Founders, and Investors on a vast array of executive succession and development challenges. His deep background in identifying and developing the leadership behaviours and skills that equip the most senior leaders to navigate economic change successfully will be particularly valuable to our clients.”
