Russell Reynolds Associates Strengthens Houston Office with Two New Hires

Russell Reynolds Associates, has announced that Brian Bayne and Stuart Vardaman have joined the firm’s Houston office as part of the Energy and Natural Resources Practice. The new additions to the team will bolster Russell Reynolds Associates’ presence in the Houston area.

These new additions to our Energy and Natural Resources Practice demonstrate our commitment in the region,” said Mark Adams, leader of Russell Reynolds Associates’ operations in the United States.

Brian Bayne, Energy and Natural Resources
In addition to serving in the Energy and Natural Resources Practice, Brian Bayne will also serve as a member of the Corporate Officers Practice. With more than 17 years of experience in business and corporate development, Brian is well suited to advise clients in the space.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian served as General Manager and Global Energy Practice Lead for Axiom Law, a global legal services company. Before that, he spent more than a decade at IBM as their North America Director of Petroleum, Chemicals & Industrial Products for the Global Business Services Division.

Stuart Vardaman, Energy and Natural Resources
Stuart Vardaman spent the past three years in executive recruitment for the energy sector, building extensive knowledge of the industry and recruiting executives for oil and gas companies.

Prior to that, he spent four years with Gallup, a private global consulting firm where he worked with clients across several industries, including oil and gas, retail and financial services. In his role as Senior Consultant, Stuart worked to understand client business issues and deliver solutions to increase productivity and profitability.
