Russell Reynolds Associates Names Charles Falcone as Leader of It's U.S. Education Practice

Russell Reynolds Associates announced that Charles "Charlie" Falcone has joined the firm as the new leader of its U.S. Education Practice, which includes specialty areas such as higher education, academic medicine and digital education. He is also a member of the firm's Healthcare Services team. 

 

Based in Chicago, Falcone specializes in executive search and succession planning for senior leadership across the academy, including presidents, provosts, deans and other senior leaders. Within healthcare services, Falcone serves the entire C-suite and also offers a specialty in physician executives.

Most recently, Falcone served as Partner and Managing Director for the Chicago office of a global executive search firm. Prior to that role, Falcone was the Medical Director of operating rooms and surgical services at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and a Faculty Member at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University. He also served as Clinical Director for the Department of Anesthesiology. Falcone began his career on the faculty of Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and is a board-certified anesthesiologist.

 

Falcone holds a B.S. from the University of Scranton and received his M.D. from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. He performed his residency and fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. He earned his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
