Russell Reynolds Associates Hires T.R. Straub

Russell Reynolds Associates announced that T.R. Straub has joined the firm as a member of the Corporate Affairs Officers Practice, based in Washington, D.C. With over a decade of executive search experience, Straub focuses on search and leadership advisory support for clients across the corporate communications, public affairs and government relations functions.

Straub was most recently at another executive search firm, where he was a Senior Vice President, leading their government relations and public affairs practice in New York and Washington, D.C. He has managed searches in public affairs, government relations, internal communications and media relations for consumer goods, healthcare, energy, nonprofit and higher education clients. Previously, Straub worked in recruitment at Teach for America.

Straub holds a B.A. in leadership studies from the University of Richmond and an M.A. in teaching and social studies from Johns Hopkins University.
