Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Tony Qiu

​Russell Reynolds Associates, a global leadership advisory and search firm, today announced that Tony Qiu has joined the firm as a Consultant in the Leadership & Succession Practice. Based in Beijing, Qiu is a leader in the practice, heading the firm's offerings in China. Qiu is a trusted client advisor to both regional and multinational organizations working in SOE, POE, the financial services and private equity sectors.

Qiu joined Russell Reynolds Associates from a global Fortune 500 company, Cedar Holding Group, where he was Chief Human Resources Officer, based in Guangzhou. Previously, he was Chief Human Resources Officer at Zhongzhi Capital, a leading Chinese private equity firm, where he served on the Investment Committee and focused on human resources, marketing and management consulting. Earlier in his career, Qiu worked for a number of leading international organizations, including 10 years with Mercer Beijing.

Tony holds a BA in education from Hubei University and an MA in management and HR development from Sydney University.
