Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Sabine Pirkner

Sabine Pirkner has joined Russell Reynolds Associates as a Consultant in the Leadership & Succession Practice. She is based in Frankfurt and will advise and assist clients on matters pertaining to leadership, transformation, diversity, inclusion and CEO succession.

A native Austrian, Pirkner joins from an international executive search firm, where she was in charge of clients in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe. She was previously a Senior Principal at a global executive search firm, heading up its Leadership & Talent Consulting team. Even earlier, Pirkner advised international clients such as Accenture and Aon Hewitt.

Pirkner has nearly 20 years of experience in international board, C-suite, and leadership team assessment and development, and she has worked with senior executives as a trusted coach and advisor. She has dealt with national and global organizations of all sizes, including publicly listed corporations, family-owned businesses and the public sector.

Pirkner has a BA in human resource management from the University of Salzburg and an MS in organizational and economic psychology from the University of Vienna. She has also completed certificates in labor law and executive leadership for global companies. Pirkner is fluent in English and German.
