Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Kelly Lewis

Russell Reynolds Associates announced that Kelly Lewis has joined the firm as a member of the global Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals Practices. Based in Boston, she focuses on executive recruitment and leadership advisory services for clients ranging from emerging biotech startups to global pharmaceutical companies.

"Kelly brings substantial experience working with and advising C-suite executives across the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals industries," said Constantine Alexandrakis, leader of Russell Reynolds Associates' Americas Region. "Kelly's unique cross-functional experience enables her to strategically guide clients on the leadership needed to transform and grow in this competitive environment. She will be an immediate asset to clients in a highly regulated and volatile industry that requires executives with the agility and flexibility to adapt quickly to the evolving pharma landscape."

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Lewis spent six years at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where she held roles in business development, investor relations and corporate innovation. Earlier, Lewis worked at Cubist Pharmaceuticals in investor relations and business analytics and in business development for pharmaceutical and medical companies in both Massachusetts and London. She began her career in consulting at The Boston Consulting Group.

Lewis holds a BS in biomedical engineering, with honors, from Yale University, and an MPhil in epidemiology from the University of Cambridge.
