Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Fredrik de Maré

Russell Reynolds Associates announced that Fredrik de Maré has joined the firm as a member of the Technology and Operations & Supply Chain Officers Practices, based in Palo Alto. With over two decades of consulting experience, de Maré will work closely with clients to advise and recruit senior-level management and C-suite executives.

"Fredrik brings more than 20 years of experience advising global organizations on an array of organizational and strategic issues, and he has also held leadership roles at top international consultancies," said Constantine Alexandrakis, leader of Russell Reynolds Associates' U.S. Region. "We are excited to add his unique expertise to our team as we continue to advance our firm's ability to help our clients solve complex leadership problems." 

De Maré joins the firm from Arthur D. Little, where he was a Partner and Head of their U.S. West Coast Healthcare Practice. In this role, he was instrumental in building ADL's San Francisco office and team, as well as their client portfolio, service offerings and go-to-market strategy. Previously, de Maré was a Principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a Partner at PRTM Management Consultants, where he worked primarily with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. He has also worked in business development at Ericsson and project management at Noventus in Sweden.

De Maré holds a B.S. in engineering management from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
