Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Cecyl Hobbs

Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm, today announced that Cecyl Hobbs has joined the firm as a consultant in the Technology Practice. Based in San Francisco, Hobbs is a member of the Software and Data Analytics practices and the Digital Transformation Practice. He works with venture-backed companies, as well as larger organizations undergoing digital transformation, to find leaders who will further accelerate growth. Cecyl also is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Hobbs served in leadership and strategy roles with several fast-growth technology companies, including insuranceQuotes, SHYFT Analytics and Activate Networks. Hobbs began his career in professional services and technology with global firms that included IBM and Deloitte.

Hobbs earned his B.S. in accounting from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
