Russell Reynolds Associates Appoints Amelia Stubbs
Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA) today announced that Amelia Stubbs has joined the firm as a member of our global Financial Services team. Based in London, she brings extensive experience in advising clients on their global risk, regulation and controls capabilities and in conducting search, assessment and development, culture, and coaching engagements.

Amelia joins Russell Reynolds Associates from a global executive search firm, where she was a senior client partner and led the global risk, regulation and control practice. Amelia joined her previous firm through the acquisition of Whitehead Mann, where she formed the risk practice and later expanded it to the financial services infrastructure practice. She has also held various roles at ABN AMRO and Allen & Overy and is a former Board Director at the Institute of Risk Management.
She has recently completed both her Hogan Accreditation and the Global Association of Risk Practitioners Sustainability and Climate Risk Certificate.
Amelia holds a law degree from the University of Westminster.
