Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm, today announced the launch of its Board & CEO Advisory Group, a new division within the firm. Comprising an expert and dedicated consulting team, the group positions the world’s leading corporations and nonprofits for sustained growth through bespoke and comprehensive leadership advisory services.
 
The Board & CEO Advisory Group brings together the expertise of six Russell Reynolds Associates board experts with significant experience and diverse perspectives. With backgrounds in legal/governance, digital transformation and talent delivery; and experience as public and private company board directors; human capital and management consultants; and organizational psychologists, they bring a unique and valuable perspective. The team's expertise helps to enhance an organization’s board performance by helping to proactively plan director and CEO succession, review board effectiveness, design and implement best-in-class corporate governance processes, and assess board culture and values. In a pioneering industry move, the new division also includes four external advisors, who provide a wealth of knowledge in corporate governance from the regulatory, investment and board director perspective across a broad spectrum of industries and global markets.
