RSR Partners Names Gretchen Crist Head Of The Consumer Goods & Services Practice
RSR Partners announced that Gretchen Crist will lead the firm’s Consumer Goods & Services practice.
Gretchen joined RSR in April 2020. She successfully recruited a number of senior executives to C-Suite level roles at consumer companies and to their boards, in addition to advising on cultural transformation and board effectiveness projects. Gretchen also coaches a number of Chief Human Resources Officers on how to build effective talent teams and serves as the Head of the firm’s Human Capital practice.

Prior to joining RSR Partners, Gretchen was the Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Henkel North America. Prior to Henkel, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Sun Products Corporation, which she co-founded in 2008. Gretchen is also a member of the firm’s Family-Owned and Family Office team.
