Royer Thompson Announces the Appointment of Greg Dickie
Royer Thompson welcomes Greg Dickie to the firm in the role of Vice President, supporting a growing roster of clients across private and public companies and public sector organizations. Greg’s experience complements those of the firm’s outstanding team of experts in human resources advisory, executive recruitment, organizational effectiveness, career transition and executive coaching. We are pleased to enhance our capacity as clients work to navigate both traditional organizational goals and COVID resiliency.
Greg brings 20-years of leadership insight and experience in the financial and advisory services sector to the role at Royer Thompson. Greg brings out the best in others, having led service delivery teams responsible for developing businesses of all sizes and growth stages throughout Atlantic Canada. He has overseen performance objective setting, professional development, career planning, performance management and coaching at the individual contributor and leadership levels and has contributed to the performance management framework at the corporate level. Passionate and experienced with people and leader development, Greg is relationship-focused, a trusted partner to clients, and a key contributor to Royer Thompson’s mission.
Active in the community, Greg has volunteered with several Halifax based organizations. Most recently, he completed two terms with Saint Mary’s University’s Board of Governors notably contributing as Governance Committee Chair. Also, Greg is a Director of the Noah John Winston Miles Foundation, a Toronto-based charity that supports anti-bullying initiatives.
A graduate of Saint Mary’s University’s Sobey School of Business, Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in Management and Marketing.
