With Record Hires, EXEC Attracts Competition Partners
Executive recruitment consulting EXEC strengthened its membership to meet growing demand, which resulted in a record hiring volume in April. Tomás Jafet will strengthen the consultancy's Financial Services and Technology cluster. The Colombian Juan Pablo Correa Santa will be the new member of the Industrial practice and the regional projects leader at EXEC, in partnership with Panorama.
The record volume of executive hirings in April, which the consultancy keeps secret, represented a 47% increase over the same month of 2017. The sectors that most demanded professionals until April 2018 were those of consumer goods, health, technology, energy and agribusiness.
