Raines International Inc. Appoints New Diversity & Inclusion Co-Head

Raines International Inc., has announced the appointment of Pauly Rodney as Co-Head of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Practice. Based in New York City, Pauly will also be a member of the firm’s Marketing and Advertising Practice. Prior to joining Raines International, Pauly served as New Jersey Executive Director of America Needs You, a national nonprofit. He previously served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of IPG Mediabrands, The Interpublic Group’s media advertising agency. Earlier in his career, he served as Government Affairs Director with Moore & Van Allen, and he began his career as Community Relations Manager with the National Basketball Association (NBA).
