Over recent weeks, Quinton Anthony announced new appointments in its Northern Region business along with the promotion of other key leadership positions.

Managing Partner, Northern Region

Warren Rushbrook has been appointed Managing Partner for Northern Region responsible for leading our Infrastructure Executive Search and Professional Search teams in New South Wales and Queensland. Warren has comprehensive construction and infrastructure industry experience and a proven track record of launching new businesses, securing high-value clients and delivering executive search services in Australia, South East Asia and the UK.

A construction management graduate, Warren has more than 20 years' experience in delivering executive search services to global clients spanning corporate leadership positions to board level and critical major project related roles. He has also launched and led commercialised recruitment and executive search businesses as subsidiaries of global construction and engineering groups, Mace Group (UK and UAE) and Laing O'Rourke (UK and Australia).

Corporate Services Manager

As Corporate Services Manager, Milly Freestone will assume a broader role aligned with the growth of the business. Having driven numerous improvement initiatives, Milly will transition this success to a national focus ensuring continued progression and continuity of all activities and procedures that facilitate the ongoing development of the business.

Head of Research

As a research, sourcing and talent acquisition specialist, Kira Muldoon has been appointed Head of Research responsible for all aspects of the firm's research function.

Kira has delivered numerous high-level external and internal executive recruitment assignments across a broad sweep of sectors in the UK, Europe, USA, Australia and Asia. For the past four years, Kira led the research team for Cellence Plus Australia, Laing O'Rourke's own internal executive search business unit. In this capacity, she developed extensive networks in the global construction and engineering industries.

Nick Hutchinson has assumed the new title of Managing Partner, Southern Region and Greg Ford, Divisional Manager - Professional Search, Northern Region in keeping with the new leadership structure effective immediately.
