Panorama builds global capability with new Partners in Europe and Latin America
Panorama, the global group of leading independent executive search firms, announces the addition of two new partners.
Delta Management Consultants, one of the largest independent and privately owned executive search companies in Germany will be joining Panorama as of December 17th 2015, and EXEC, one of the leading Brazilian independent search firms, have joined the group.
Delta Management Consultants, founded in 1983 has offices in five major cities and works across twelve practice groups including Board Search/Board Review. Its other practice groups are: industrial, professional services, financial services, consumer/retail, digital/online, public sector, healthcare and life sciences, TMT, tourism, industrial and automotive. Delta has recently launched a new visual identity and rebranded to foster the top three societal drivers – digital, diversity, and demography – all which have a key impact on the search business in Germany.
EXEC is a young company, founded in 2009 as a boutique consultancy whose services include search and selection and leadership and organisational advisory. Co-managed by an Advisory Board, only independent consultancy with this governance in Brazil, EXEC has offices in São Paulo, Campinas and Rio de Janeiro. Highly regarded by its customised and advisory approach, EXEC has experienced these last couple of years a period of unprecedented growth which has accelerated its plans to open offices in other countries within South America.
Both firms are long standing members of the Association of Executive Search Consultants.
