Panorama Adds New Member Firm in Italy
Panorama Leadership, a global network of independent executive search firms, has expanded in Europe with the addition of Management Search as its newest member firm in Italy. With offices in Milan and Rome, Management Search deepens Panorama’s access and experience across Italy in addition to widening its sector and functional expertise, the organization said. “We are so pleased to welcome Management Search to the Panorama community. With a pedigree of strategic leadership in the executive search space, stretching back over 37 years, Management Search has expertise at the board, CEO, and senior executive level.

Panorama recently announced its new leadership team. Roy Herold, managing partner of MPS, becomes chair with Aidan Kennedy of Saxton Bampfylde moving to chair emeritus. Carlos Altona of EXEC in Brazil becomes the new vice chair and is joined by Agamjeet Dang of Executive Access (APAC), Krista Walochik of Talengo (EMEA) and Martin Baker (North America). Stefan Koop of Delta, Ranju Shergill of Pekarsky and Heather Phelps of Phelps complete the team.
