Odgers Berndtson Welcomes Annemarie Depue as Partner in the US

Annemarie is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of expertise in consulting, executive search advisory, and strategic leadership. She brings a deep understanding of leveraging talent in disruptive and growth-oriented organizations, with a particular focus on the technology, private equity, and government sectors. Her experience spans across American and European markets, making her an asset for global business strategies.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Annemarie held significant roles at leading executive talent solutions firms including Russell Reynolds, SkillCapital and Drax Executive. Her expertise in talent management, executive search and coaching is well-established, with a track record of providing innovative solutions in diverse, challenging, and frequently disrupted industries.
Annemarie holds an M.Sc. from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in The History of International Relations and a B.A. in English from Virginia Tech.
