Odgers Berndtson Dubai Launches Leadership Assessment Practice

Paul Vella has joined Odgers Berndtson’s Dubai office as a Partner and Head of the Middle East Leadership Consulting practice. Paul’s presence will provide deep leadership consulting expertise, enabling the regional office to establish a firm footprint in an evolving and fast growing market, while expanding the presence and reach of the global leadership practice. 

Paul’s appointment is part of Odgers Berndtson’s ongoing strategy to provide clients with an integrated approach to Talent Management, including Executive Search and Leadership and Talent Consulting. The office will now be able to provide its clients with best in class consulting, assessment and executive development services shaped and delivered locally. 

Paul joined from a leading Leadership and Talent consulting firm, where he was a member of the regional leadership team with responsibility for acquiring and managing top tier accounts for local and global clients. He also previously led the UK division for an international psychometric test publishing and consulting firm.

Paul Vella is a business psychologist and executive coach, with over 15 years’ strategic human capital consulting experience within the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East. He has worked up to board level with a particular focus in talent strategy consultancy, succession management, leadership development, assessment and executive coaching.
