New Leaders Appointed to Gerard Daniels' London and Sydney Offices

International executive search and board consulting firm Gerard Daniels has strengthened its senior leadership team with two appointments.

Rajesh Raj has joined as Partner EMEA & Head of the London office, while Ryan Mason has been appointed Practice Leader & Head of the firm’s Sydney office.

Rajesh Raj – Partner EMEA & Head of London Office

Rajesh Raj joined Gerard Daniels on 1 April 2019 as Head of the London office and partner Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Raj, who holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the ENPC Business School in Paris, began his career as a marine engineer.

More recently he has focused on executive search and talent advisory work. Prior to joining Gerard Daniels, Raj had co-founded and managed a London-based executive search and HR consulting firm.

Raj has worked with large global corporations and privately-held entrepreneurial start-ups in the United Kingdom. He has also worked with a number of executive search firms, focused on the global energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors, providing executive search and consulting services for complex and sensitive leadership assignments across executive, technical, operational, commercial and functional disciplines.

Ryan Mason – Practice Leader & Head of Sydney Office

Ryan, who has been part of the Gerard Daniels team for 12 years, has been promoted to Practice Leader and Head of Sydney office in the firm’s Asia Pacific practice.

Ryan has over 12 years’ executive search experience in Gerard Daniels in Australia, the United Kingdom, and North and South America. His focus is on international executive search at the Board, C-suite and General Management levels within the infrastructure, energy and natural resources sectors.

Ryan has acted for global and national companies on searches covering general management and functional leadership roles in finance, commodity marketing, business development, human resources, and the technical disciplines of exploration, projects, operations and HSEQ.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and a Bachelor of Marketing & Public Relations from the University of Notre Dame.
