New Appointment: Melanie Hughes

Johnson is delighted to announce the appointment of Melanie Hughes as Senior Associate in the marketing leading financial services practice.

Melanie brings approximately fifteen years’ experience in executive search – and she has developed a deep specialisation in the financial services sector. Melanie worked for two international executive search firms prior to joining the Johnson team. In her earlier career, Melanie worked with Collins Consulting Group – a boutique financial services search firm.

During her career, Melanie has run several hundred assignments across Global Banking & Markets, Retail Banking, Asset and Wealth Management, Superannuation, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Equity. Melanie has also developed deep specialisation in risk, compliance, M&A and treasury roles – among others.
