Mindy Kairey Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner
Korn Ferry today announced Mindy Kairey has joined the firm as senior client partner. She focuses on healthcare and is based in Korn Ferry’s Chicago office.
Kairey joins Korn Ferry from an executive search firm, where she was a senior partner in the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice, focusing on CEO and board work. Previously, she was a business advisor for MSK Ventures, a communications and business development consulting firm. There, she advised private equity firms, new business ventures, and traditional healthcare corporations. Kairey also spent seven years as a partner in the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice at a management consulting firm.
Prior to this, Kairey spent 14 years with Aon Hewitt, where she served as a global practice leader of Health and Welfare Outsourcing, among other positions. Kairey started her career as a national fellow for Healthcare Leadership.

Kairey holds a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and master’s degrees in gerontology and public health from the University of Southern California.
