Milton Anderson Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner
Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) announced Milton Anderson has joined Korn Ferry as a senior client partner. His areas of focus are healthcare and financial services and he is based in Philadelphia.
Anderson joins Korn Ferry from RWJBarnabas Health System, where he was chief administrative officer and executive vice president of management services administration. In this role, he partnered with executive leadership to develop the strategic structure for Barnabas Health’s merger with Robert Wood Johnson Health System.
Previously, Anderson was the senior vice president of human resources at UMass Memorial Healthcare System and before that, senior vice president of human resources and institutional advancement at Montefiore Medical center. Prior to these roles, Anderson was vice president of corporate human resources at the Walt Disney Company and previously, vice president of human resources at Marriott International.
“Milton is known for his expertise in strategic planning, HR financial operations and budget management, communications, compensation structure, labor relations, diversity affinity group development, and advocacy for diversity in the workplace,” said Gregory Button, president, Global Healthcare market, Korn Ferry. “With over 20 years of international and domestic experience in human resources, and executive experience in the healthcare industry, we are thrilled to have Milton join the firm.”
Milton holds a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College and a Master of Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
