Leathwaite is proud to announce the addition of Tim Spriggs as Partner in the firm’s global HR practice.
Tim brings over fifteen years of global search and advisory experience in HR and Human Capital across a wide range of industries in both public and private enterprises. Based in London, he will play an important role in the continued growth of the HR practice and his experience working with leading organizations across consumer, healthcare, technology, industrial and financial services means that he helps drive the firm’s ongoing growth and diversification across sectors.
Prior to joining Leathwaite, Tim served as the Managing Director for the EMEA region at a market-leading HR search firm where oversaw senior mandates across the UK, Europe and international markets and led a diverse team focussed on cross-sector pan-global projects. Over the last fifteen years, he has specialized in HR leadership search and has lived and worked in both Asia and the UK.
Before moving into executive search, Tim’s passion for sport led him to his first career in sports marketing.
