K&R grows team with Director of IT
Kincannon & Reed welcomes new Director of IT, Derek Graf, to the team.
Graf brings over 15 years of IT experience with him to the firm, having spent the better part of his career fitting technology within businesses to facilitate scaling rapidly. Specializing in management and systems implementation, Graf’s expertise centers on improving operational flow and business productivity.
His prior experience spans across multiple industries, including electronics and textiles. Beyond traditional IT operations, Graf has served on multiple leadership teams, including remote work environments, helping to solve missing skills gaps and implementing core business objects.
“Derek brings a diverse foundation in IT with a demonstrated history of success implementing systems in previous roles,” K&R President David Turner said. “His strong technical skills paired with his enthusiasm and service-oriented approach made him an exceptional fit for the role. We are excited for this next iteration of K&R with Derek part of the team.”
As Kincannon & Reed’s new Director of IT, Graf will lead and manage the entirety of the firm’s IT needs. He will be responsible for the development, implementation and continued evaluation of an enterprise-wide IT risk management program that ensures the integrity of the firm’s information. In addition, Graf will help to drive cross-functional collaboration on initiatives between key stakeholders within the company.
