Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) announced it has launched a new area of expertise within its Technology Practice. In response to client needs beyond executive, vice president and director levels, the firm will now offer search services and contract placements for individual contributor roles.
With areas of expertise spanning data/analytics, cloud, web, information/cyber security; and software design, development and architecture Korn Ferry is now uniquely positioned to deliver talent across all functional levels within any industry or sector.
“Discovering qualified individual contributors in the Technology space is one of the most pressing talent issues businesses face today,” says Gus De Camargo, North American Leader, Technology Officers Practice, Korn Ferry. “Our IT Services Practice is uniquely positioned to help clients identify and attract these key professionals and scale in response to the ever-changing demands for technical talent.”
Curtis Britt, an industry veteran with more than a decade of experience in recruiting technology talent, has joined the firm to lead this effort. As a director, his focus is on ensuring the continuous delivery of technology talent at the individual contributor level for clients across North America.
The IT Services Practice is modeled on the same in-depth approach offered by Korn Ferry Executive and Professional Search and includes a focus on speed to market and cost of hire.
