Kincannon & Reed Expands Food Value Chain Practice in Europe

Kincannon & Reed, a leading retained search firm serving the food, agribusiness, and life sciences sectors, today announced the addition of four new Managing Directors to its European team.

Jos Boeren joins Kincannon & Reed with 17 years of international experience in corporate business development, finance, and transactions services, including Head of Agri Corporate Finance at Societe General and Manager of M&A Strategic Planning at Bunge Limited.

Fredrik Lunden brings more than 25 years of experience in agricultural equipment and crop inputs, most recently with the equipment manufacturer Vaderstad, and previously with Monsanto. He is based in Sweden.

Dierk Overheu was formerly the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Alfred C. Toepfer (now ADM Germany) with deep and wide trading experience. Dierk is based in Germany.

Roger Peeters, who holds a PhD in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology, comes to Kincannon & Reed after a career as a director of research, product development, and strategy for global companies including Bayer CropScience, and Syngenta. He will be based in the Netherlands.
