Kincannon & Reed Deepens Its Food Sector Expertise, Hires Paul Izenstark as Managing Director
Kincannon & Reed announced the addition of Paul Izenstark as managing director, further developing its team of food sector veterans.
Izenstark brings significant executive experience as a marketing communication strategist with an emphasis in consumer packaged goods, quick service restaurants, and produce/commodities to Kincannon & Reed clients. Based in California, he will focus on senior executive recruitments for consumer packaged goods clients, as well as marketing, marketing communications, sales, branding, and business development roles across all of the firm’s practices.

Izenstark brings 30 years of experience leading the development and implementation of integrated marketing and communication strategies for CPG brands within traditional, digital, mobile, social, influencer, and experiential platforms. His career includes significant marketing program development initiatives for companies such as Nestlé USA, Nestlé Waters, Dole Food Company, Kraft Foods, The California Avocado Commission, IHOP, and California Pizza Kitchen.

Izenstark earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in business administration (marketing) from the University of Southern California, USA.
