Kincannon & Reed Appoints Sally Day as Managing Director of Leadership Solutions
Kincannon & Reed is pleased to announce the appointment of Sally Day as the Managing Director of K&R EDGE – Leadership Solutions.
With over two decades of industry experience, including experience in leadership development and executive coaching, Sally brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to this role within Kincannon & Reed. Her expertise will be instrumental in enhancing the firm’s leadership solutions and expanding its global reach.
Sally has held several senior leadership roles throughout her career, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering talent and driving organizational growth. Her strategic vision and innovative approach have consistently delivered outstanding results, making her a highly respected figure in the industry.

In her new role, Sally will oversee the expansion and execution of leadership development solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of Kincannon & Reed’s clients. She will work closely with the firm’s global team to deliver customized solutions that drive leadership excellence and organizational success.
Sally brings to this role an MBA and experience in Leadership & Organizational Development. She is a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach (GPCC) and holds several coaching certifications. She also serves on the board of the National Board of Certified Counselors. Her passion for leadership development and her commitment to excellence align perfectly with Kincannon & Reed’s values and vision.
