IIC Partners Announces 2015 Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient

IIC Partners has announced the recipient of the 2015 Lifetime Achievement Award during its Global Conference in Hong Kong. The award was presented to J.P. Heyerdahl, Advisor and former Managing Partner of ISCO Group, located in Oslo, Norway. ISCO Group is a founding member of IIC Partners Executive Search Worldwide, since its establishment in 1986. 

 

Mr. Heyerdahl was Managing Partner as ISCO Group for many years and has served on several Boards including the IIC Partners Board of Directors. He served as a Board Director for two years and Global Chair of IIC Partners from 1997 to 2000.

 

Mr. Heyerdahl commented, “IIC Partners must stay true to its mission to always strive for best practices and support our top retained, executive search firms in local markets. We must, however, stay sober and unique. A copy/paste methodology of measures and processes of the global, integrated search industry does neither enhance nor advance our strategic position.
