Ichor Leadership Search welcomes Larri Wallbridge as a Principal Consultant joining the team in Wellington.

 

Larri has over 25 years of significant international experience in various leadership and consulting roles within global search firms in three countries, including 13 years in Australia.

 

Her search experience spans a range of sectors including consumer, financial services, manufacturing, infrastructure and property. Additionally, she founded her own highly successful executive search firm, growing a strong and loyal customer base over nine years, before selling the firm on relocating to Australia.

 

Known for her unique ability to identify the critical success factors of a diverse range of businesses, Larri’s key value proposition is driving business growth by providing trusted advice to senior leaders. Equipped with her extensive global networks, she excels at appointing the finest executive and C-level talent, both locally and internationally.

 

Aside from the executive search field, Larri has been involved in leadership development, strategic human resource consulting and the corporate property sector. She is also a qualified executive coach.

 

Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Larri holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Witwatersrand. She has previously acquired a Bachelor of Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town.
