Heller Search Enhances Private Equity Practice by Adding Judie Norkaitis as Managing Director
Heller Search, the go-to executive search firm for technology talent, has enhanced its Private Equity practice with the addition of Judie Norkaitis. In her new role as Managing Director, Judie will drive C-Suite technology executive searches for growth and private equity-backed portfolio companies across industries, including technology, tech-enabled services, industrial manufacturing, business services, consumer, and energy.

Judie has more than 20 years of experience in the executive search industry. Previously, she served as a consultant with Renovata & Company, a global executive search and private equity advisory firm, where she partnered with boards, c-suite, and heads of talent to drive all aspects of the search process for leadership roles and team buildouts across various sectors worldwide. Prior to that, with her own firm, she partnered with heads of talent in both private and public organizations.
