Heidrick & Struggles Welcomes Bo Herbst

Heidrick & Struggles, a premier provider of executive search, leadership consulting and culture shaping services worldwide, has appointed Bo Herbst to lead its Industrial Practice worldwide as Global Practice Managing Partner.

Herbst joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2000, and has led senior executive and board director searches within industrial and manufacturing sectors. He has helped clients across a broad spectrum of industries build effective leadership teams. Herbst was named Regional Practice Managing Partner for the firm's Industrial Practice in the Americas in 2013, a role that he will continue to hold while leading the practice globally.

Herbst holds an international MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management, and a bachelor of arts from Trinity University.
